And my final tip for today is to look at this calming kitty... More for destressing than cheering, but sometimes they go hand in hand…

I don’t especially find it calming, but when I see how much it took so that I could see it, I appreciate it that much more. 🙂

Why am I writing this?

Oh one of those random collections that popped into my head! 😀 haha. I woke up this morning, groggy (not nearly as bad as a couple nights ago …. *shiver*) and let my hair down.

I was just “eh” so I thought, I’d do a “I’m not half-bad” hair-ruffle, and it brightened my day. 🙂

What do you do to brighten your days – on bad days or on good days?

  1. Hey! I’m sitting at Panera and tried a few of the methods u mentioned. Bubbles made me giggle and feel weird–and cheered up more than I already am!👍👍 I could also go outside, leave paperwork and walks behind, and take a deep breath — that makes me feel cheered up, too!!

    • Hahaha! That’s so brave to try them outside of home!! ;D I’m glad bubbles made you giggle… It’s amazing how it can … like you said… cheer you up more than you already were!
      Those all sound like great ideas. I feel so much better after doing them all, too. 🙂
